- SPI does not charge any fee for its intervention to get the grievance redressed.
- No grievance relating to service matters of Government servants will be entertained.
- The grievance should be related to corruption, human rights abuses, exploitation and harassment, and environment only.
- SPI reserves the right to appropriately display this grievance and action taken for its redress on its web site.
