1. SPI does not charge any fee for its intervention to get the grievance redressed.
  2. No grievance relating to service matters of Government servants will be entertained.
  3. The grievance should be related to corruption, human rights abuses, exploitation and harassment, and environment only.
  4. SPI reserves the right to appropriately display this grievance and action taken for its redress on its web site.
